HSIA bras are absolutely beautiful, so well made, and extremely comfortable. A huge thank you to HSIA’s excellent customer service for their quick response and smooth exchange process. On two of the bras I ordered, the cup size was too small and when I contacted HSIA, they graciously asked me to hold onto the two bras that didn’t fit and without charging me sent me an identical bra with a larger cup size to try for fit. Once we knew the trial bra fit, I shipped the two bras that didn’t fit back to HSIA and they shipped me another replacement bra with the larger cup size. They even reimbursed me for the shipping fees to return the two bras that didn’t fit. I highly recommend HSIA for the comfort, beauty, and high quality of their bras. In the future, I will definitely buy more bras from HSIA, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you!!
