We have a 30-day free returns and exchanges policy, which means all merchandise that qualify as original condition, unworn and unwashed returns and exchanges may be accepted within 30 days after receiving your item. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to the customer's reasons (such as: incorrect address, incomplete address and modify the address), the order delivery is unsuccessful, and the order needs to be resent. The time limit generally ranges from one week to three months.
Buy One Get One (BOGO) Returns
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
Here are some examples:
Buy One, Get One Free: If your first qualifying item is $34.99 and your second qualifying item is $29.99, the $34.99 item will be discounted by $16.19 and the $29.99 item will be discounted by $13.8, which gives a total discount of $29.99. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.
Return Shipping Fee
HSIA covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds. Please send the return shipping receipt to the customer service email email@example.com after returning the merchandise. And leave your PayPal account after returning the item, and we will refund the shipping fee through the PayPal account.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. If the returned goods affect the secondary sale, we have the right to refuse a refund. Typically, you’ll receive the refund within 10–20 days after your return is received.
If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 30 days of your original purchase, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Merchandise sent to us must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
