Ordering
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and / or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
How to return?When will my order ship and receive?
Once you order, please allow us up to 2 business days to prepare your package. Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and chosen shipping method. Usually, once your order leaves our warehouse, U.S. standard shipping takes 5-9 business days, while international shipping typically takes 5-15 business days depending on the country.
*If you experience slight delivery delays, please be patient, since shipping services occasionally deal with increased demands. Please see the actual SHIPPING page or contact our customer service at service@hsialife.com.
How do I track my order?
After you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email / text message with your purchase (depending on which of the two you chose to give us during checkout).
Once your order has shipped and is on its way to you, we'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can follow its progress. Didn't receive confirmation? Please click this TRACKING LINK. Contact our customer service service@hsialife.com

Where do you ship from?
Most of the items will be delivered directly from selected warehouses in China, while some items will be delivered directly from Amazon warehouses. The specific delivery address needs to be arranged by our staff according to the inventory and timeliness of the items.
Didn't receive an ORDER COMFIRMATION or SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?
As long as you entered your correct email or cell phone number, you should have received an order confirmation from us when you completed your order. If you placed your order using your email address, make sure you check your junk/spam folder too! If you did not receive an order confirmation, please reach out to us atservice@hsialife.com

Can I cancel or modify (all or part of) my order after it is placed?
Please contact us at service@hsialife.com during 24 hours to modify or cancel the order.
*Since we start to process your order shortly after it is placed, in many cases it is not possible to change or modify. But we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please understand however that this is not always ‘possible’. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.
What if my order is missing, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order, or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and any other problems we would be happy to assist.
Do you welcome alliance cooperation and social network sharing cooperation?
Of course, we welcome the alliance cooperation of any platform, and at the same time, we will provide free products for everyone who is willing to share to experience and test.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What are my shipping options (and prices)?
- For all US orders:
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 USD or more (5-9 business days).
For orders less than $50 USD, the Standard Shipping fee is $6.99 USD (5-9 business days).*
We currently CANNOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii).
- OUTSIDE the United States (International Orders):
We offer International Shipping to select countries.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 USD or more (order values must convert to $50 USD or more to qualify).
For orders less than $50 USD, flat-rate shipping fees apply for specific countries (e.g., $10.00 CAD for Canada, £6.00 GBP for the UK, €6.95 EUR for Germany/Spain/France/Italy, etc.). For other international addresses, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the converted USD value.

Why shown in transit, but there is no tracking number?
It may be due to the delay in uploading the logistics and distribution information. The tracking number usually takes 2 days to show.
The address provided is wrong, can I resend it?
If you need to modify the address and resend, you need to modify the address and resend the package after the final delivery fails and is returned to the overseas warehouse. The time limit generally ranges from one week to three months, and your order can only be delivered again after returning to the warehouse.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items on a single order to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. Typically, you’ll receive the refund within 10–20 days after your return is received.

What size am I? How do I measure my bra size?
